Ages 10+

This is our brand new class for serious athletes looking to maximize power, endurance, and physical conditioning.

Scheduled for full 3 Hours (Shares the first 2 hours with the Competitive group + extra hour)

Focus: Everything in the 2-Hour Competitive course PLUS 60 minutes of dedicated Strength & Athletic Conditioning (core stability, explosive power, agility, and injury prevention).

Sutable for Ages 10+ Foil and Sabre fencers. Must have the head coach’s permission to register. Tailored enhanced training programs for athletes who want to compete beyond the provincial by giving them the physical edge and stamina needed to dominate deep into tournament elimination rounds.

Competitive Elite class has minimum choice is 2 days/week.

• Monday 6:00pm - 9:00pm
• Wednesday 6:00pm - 9:00pm
• Friday 6:00pm - 9:00pm
• Minimum option is 2 days/week
• Choose from 2 day/week to 3 days/week
