NEW ELITE classes introduced for High-Performance
Training this fall

Regular vs. Elite: What's the Difference?

Both programs train together for the main fencing portion of the class, but Elite extends the training to build complete athletic power.

  • 🤺 Intermediate II and Competitive Regular (2 Hours):

    • Focus: Technical refinement, tactical drills, and bouting practice.

  • âš¡ Intermediate and Competitive Elite (3 Hours = 2h Fencing + 1h Conditioning):

    • Focus: Everything in the 2-hour Competitive class PLUS a dedicated 60-minute Strength & Athletic Conditioning session immediately following.

    • Includes: Core stability, power/explosive training, agility, and sport-specific physical preparation.

EFC Team Jacket Policy:

Starting from September 2024, all new members registering for our club are required to make a one-time purchase of a team jacket for each registered athlete. If you don't have one yet, please add it into your purchase when you register your athlete(s). The cost of the jacket is $50. The team jackets will be distributed during the first week of the classes, and members will have the opportunity to try them on for size before picking them up. This purchase is only required once and will not be repeated each term.

New Bingo Policy (Updated on Nov 1, 2024):

Since September 2024, we have increased the Bingo deposit to $150 ($75x2) per athlete per term. In return, we will refund $75 in cash each time you participate in a Bingo volunteering event for the first two participations. You can still register for 3rd or more times in a term, but after the first 2 participate, you won't get paid anymore unless you are in waitlist and are called in. More details will be available on the volunteer page soon. Stay tuned.

Return Policy:

To request a return or refund, please submit your request via email prior to the commencement of the season. Please be advised that a $30.00 administrative fee will be applied to process the refund. Refunds and returns will not be accepted once the season has commenced.
